NA Deputy Chairman

She was born on December 9, 1972 in Leninakan.

In 1989-1994 she studied at YSU Faculty of Law and graduated with Diploma with Excellence, 1994-1997 YSU PHD courses.
In 1997 she defended candidate thesis on “Legal state: general characteristics, organizational principles and directions of the activities” and awarded the scientific degree of Candidate of Law. Since 2003 she is Associate Professor in the area of law, 1994 – present lecturer.

In 1994-1999 she worked at the RA President Staff, 1999-2002 – RA Deputy Minister of Justice.

She has got the degree of third grade juridical state adviser.

2002, January 15 according to the RA President decree appointed RA Civil Service Council Deputy Chairman for five years, beginning with 2007, January 15 for six years

2007, May 12 elected RA NA deputy, “Prosperous Armenia” Party

2007, June 7 elected NA Permanent Commission on Human Rights Protection and Public Affairs Chairman, on November 12 – BA Deputy Chairman

She is the author of three monographs and a number of scientific articles
