From now on “Support to the Young Universitarians Apartment Building” stake holders will be provided with an exceptional opportunity for hypothec crediting.

In the result of longtime negotiations between “YSU Graduate Union” NGO and “Artsakh Bank” CJSC our stake holders will be provided with a special opportunity for hypothec crediting for the acquiring of apartments.

The above mentioned was announced on October 31 during the meeting with stake holders by the RA Deputy Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs, “YSU Graduate Union” President Arsen Karamyan.

The above mentioned credit line, provided by “Artsakh Bank” is available up to 31.12.09. The hypothec credit is granted for ten years with 12% annual percentage and annuitant mortgage system. The future apartment (Yerevan, Tsarav Aghbyur 55/5) of the stake holder is the pawn, and the credit is provided in the amount of whole not paid sum of money .Not to miss this opportunity stake holders must fill in the application forms before November 15 of current year and submit them to “YSU Graduate Union” (regardless of apartment price and payment stage).

Having got acquainted with the conditions, stake holders were provided with the opportunity to ask different questions regarding the issue. The greater part of the opinions stated the stake holders were ready to sign this agreement as soon as tit is possible. They only wanted to learn of the technical aspects of the process.

Currently within the Armenian bank market one can not find such an excellent combination of percentage and period of time and the apartment as a pawn, which is still being constructed”, -said the Project Lawyer Armen Tadevosyan.
