YSU young lecturers make last sketches before they become the lucky owners of new and comfortable apartments.

Today the share holders of “Support to the Young Universitarians’ Apartment Building” Project were provided with the opportunity to choose the interior of their future flats. An exhibition for the interior accessories of the apartments was organized in YSU today. It will be held from February 3 to 10.

“It does not happen often when the employees of this or that structure, in this case YSU, become the target of social project, - states one of the share holders, a young lecturer, representing YSU Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology Armen Sargsyan, who is sure that every individual is tightly connected and deals with his country, but when it is strengthened by the existence of home or hearth, this ties become stronger. According to him this project is something unbelievable in our reality”.

Young universitarians choose doors, parquet, even color of walls for their future apartments. Though there were people, who were dissatisfied with the quantity of samples, generally all was accepted positively. Consultant on Legal Affairs of the project Armen Tadevosyan says the materials and accessories are provided with the company, which realizes the construction. The exhibition was also attended by the family members and friends of the share holders.

YSU Faculty of International Relations lecturer Narek Galstyan states this apartment is of great importance for him, as he is not from Yerevan and has always faced the problem of the apartment renting. Though he has to work in 4 different places, to cover the expenses, he is sure the final result will be a positive one.

The next step of this project, the housewarming, is expected in August of current year.
